Crushing
Typical feed materials for crushers include: woods, barks, branches, corncobs, straws, rice hulls, etc. After being processed, the material has a granularity of 3-5 mm. To cope with various manufacture demand, we develop different models of crushers. If your raw material is wood, the crusher should be equipped with a chipping and crushing machine. For braches, corncobs, straws, barks and woodchips, a hammer crusher is enough. The production ranges from 1-5 tons.

Drying
When the water content of raw material exceeds 12%, the material need be sent into the dryer until the content is decreased to 8-12%. By doing so, material will not crack or bubble in the next process.

Briquette Forming
Materials with low moisture content from the dryer will be formed into rods with a diameter of 50mm and 80mm. The two sizes are commonly used. 50 mm rods can directly work as fuel materials while 80mm rods can be carbonized and turned into charcoal briquette.

Carbonizing
Considering the ignition temperature of different materials, we offer low-temperature, medium-temperature and high-temperature kilns for customers, which features short cycle, high production, environmental protection, long service life and more.
