As being a kind of conventional drying equipment, this fiber drying machine is characterized by stable performance, flexible operation, high adaptability and powerful handling capacity and so on. It's widely used in metallurgies, building materials, chemical engineering, mining, fertilizers, ore, sand, clay, kaolin, etc. The diameter of drying cylinder ranges from 800 to 3200mm and the length can be customized according to your needs.

Advantages of Fiber Drying Machine
1. The entire drying equipment is made using Q345 manganese steel, which ensures a long service life and high temperature and abrasion resistance.
2. Ancillary parts including fan, bearing, motor and control cabinet all meet international standard.
3. The rotational speed is adjustable.
4. Equipped with good fireproofing devices, the fiber drying machine provides a high degree of security. The furnace is installed with fireproof walls and a special plate is also designed between the furnace and air inlet tube. The tube is over 2 meters long. The drying drum has three zones, high-temperature, medium-temperature and low-temperature zones.
5. Various materials can be used as raw materials for heating, such as coal, natural gas, heavy oil, biomass, woods, methane, etc. Customers can choose the economical material according to the local resource prices.
6. According to the moisture content of raw material, the drying time is between 40 minutes to 2 hours.
7. The heating equipment consumes 80-100 kg/h biomass, 50-100m3/h natural gas and 30-80 kg/h coal.
8. For the entire machine, 3-150 kW electricity will be required every hour for the normal machine operation.
9. In order for environmental protection, cyclone separator, bag-type dust remover and wet scrubber are designed with this palm fiber dryer. Finally, clean and dust-free gas will be released into the air.

11. After customer selects the machine model, we offer a reasonable layout scheme. A specialized engineer will be assigned to customer’s place to install and adjust machine until it normally operate.

Installation of Palm Fiber Dryer
1. The fiber dryer should be horizontally installed on concrete foundation and fastened by bolts.
2. Equipped the drying machine with power line and swift that are compatible to the power system
3. After the installation, check every bolt, screw and other components.
4. When all necessary inspection is done, the machine should be empty-load running for a while. Then, the dryer can be put into production.

Maintenance of Fiber Drying Machine
1. The bearing holds the entire weight of the machine, thus regular lubrication plays a vital role in the bearing performance and machine service life.
2. Mechanic must often check the riding rings since newly-installed rings are easy to unscrew.
3. Wearing components must be replaced timely.
4. Dust must be cleaned up regularly in case the sliding bearing is blocked and leads to serious accidents.
