Process characteristics:


1. Adopting a reinforced axial high-temperature motor and equipped with a powerful multi-blade fan wheel:


2. Equipped with an overtemperature alarm function that automatically cuts off the heating power supply for protection (in case of overtemperature, the heating power supply is cut off):


3. Control circuit short circuit and overload protection, phase protection, and leakage protection: Equipped with manual and automatic timing conversion device, with timing adjustable from 0-999 minutes, and constant temperature timing function;


5. High-temperature resistant stainless steel finned dry-burning heating tubes (made of imported resistance wire and high-temperature quartz sand) are adopted, and the heating tube devices are installed on both sides of the furnace;


Structural features:


1. The inner box is made of 2.0mm stainless steel plate, while the outer box is processed and formed from 1.2mm thick A3 iron plate. Rock wool is used for insulation between the outer box and the inner liner, with a thickness of 120mm.


2. The entire machine shell is coated with high-temperature electrostatic spraying, making it corrosion-resistant and easy to clean. It adopts an RKC70 temperature controller, with LED digital display settings and PID automatic calculation and correction settings. Equipped with a 0.6-core thermocouple and contactor output, it ensures high temperature accuracy, stable operation, low failure rate, and easy maintenance.


3. By utilizing the principles of thermal energy reflection and thermal conduction, and designing an air preheating duct, we can achieve energy savings of over 20%.


4. Unique air duct and heating design, faster hot air circulation, higher drying efficiency, and effective energy saving.


5. This product is equipped with functions such as automatic temperature regulation, automatic ventilation, scheduled alarms and power cuts in case of overtemperature, and leakage protection.


6. The furnace door is designed reasonably, with good sealing performance, low surface temperature, wear resistance, no deformation, and long service life.


7. Precise temperature control, good heat retention performance, and uniform drying of baked materials.
